Here at Shadeform we have prepared an exciting new range of ‘Council Exemption Packs’ featuring a range of shade solutions that comply with Council requirements and therefore don’t need Council Approval! We have carefully designed a series of shading solutions that comply with recent changes to South Australian Planning Laws which provide exemptions and permit the installation of sail shades that comply with the following:
• Sail consists of a permeable fabric
• No greater than 20 sqm of sail fabric area
• No higher than 3.0m
• No closer to the street frontage than the existing building
This makes for a speedy and cost effective installation and ensures that you will be able to enjoy your the comfort of shading and UV protection sooner rather than later!
